Free shipping
Orders $150+ (before tax) ship free within the United States via our standard ground option. Orders under $150 show paid rates at checkout. Free shipping applies to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer several shipping options at checkout via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by method selected:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Express: 2–3 business days
International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at rayscardboardshop@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Booster Box Condition All booster boxes are shipped sealed and in new condition. We take care to package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
